Here’s a simple test that will reveal the truth about your biological age. The results will tell you just how fast you’re aging.

Instructions: Assign yourself 5 points for every “Yes” answer. For the most accurate results, you must be brutally honest with yourself!

1. Do you eat “typical American” … i.e., frequent fast food restaurants, skip meals, no structure, consume most of your calories in the evening, eating on the fly, etc?
